In the case of non-expenditure contracts, usually public service and administrative management contracts, they must be reported with amounts of 0. In order to be able to report to the Registry that they have an amount 0 of both tender and estimated value and award, it is necessary to mark the “flag” of amounts to be determined, since if this field is not marked, the Registry will force to inform these amounts.
In the event that these contracts without expenditure also involve some type of income for the contracting body, this must be reported in the section "other economic data" which is at the level of the lot in the case of contracts: public service management, public works concession, special administration and public and private collaboration.
