The Public Register of Contracts does not inform the framework agreements only the derivatives. When reporting as a “framework agreement derivative” award procedure, it is mandatory to report in the field of procurement rationalization system “Framework Agreement”. In doing so, a new drop-down box appears below this field where the Framework Agreement from which the contract is derived must be chosen.
The Framework Agreements drop-down is being updated by the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Procurement Advisory Board, so in the case of the Framework Agreement from which your contract is not in the drop-down, you must send us the data necessary to register the Framework Agreement in the list (code, description and validity) to the e-mail address registre_contractes.eco@gencat.cat
