The Public Register of Contracts is a service that the AOC makes available to the Catalan public administrations and serves to enable the fulfillment of data reporting obligations for public contracts awarded by all Catalan administrations and entities.
The Public Contract Register provides information on awarded contracts, contract modifications, contract extensions and their settlement.
There is a review phase by the Administrative Contracting Consultative Board. The data information in this tool also involves the subsequent transfer to other bodies, such as the State Register of Public Sector Contracts and the Audit Office.
