The Public Registry of Contracts establishes a circuit for the introduction and validation of information relating to contracts, which goes through the following states:
- Contracting Agency : The information has been entered by the Contracting Authority but has not been sent to the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Procurement Advisory Board for verification.
- Advisory Board : the information has been sent to the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Procurement Advisory Board for review and, where appropriate, validation or return.
- Validated contract : the information is included in the Public Register of Contracts. No data has been submitted so far . It is no longer possible to change any of the details of the contract, unless a reasoned request is made by the body responsible for contracting the body, addressed to the Chairman of the Contracting Advisory Board.
Administrative. - Returned contract : the information sent by a Contracting Agency contains data that, a priori, seems erroneous and is returned to the Agency itself so that the appropriate corrections can be made, if necessary.
