what is it

A register in which the procurement bodies of all public administrations and other entities included in the scope of application of the Law of Contracts must communicate certain data on contracts, procedures and the contracting bodies themselves.

  • Resolution 19.02.2016, on the content of the extract of the procurement files and the procedures to comply with the provisions of article 29 TRLCSP.

The obligation to communicate data to third parties in accordance with the provisions of art. 328 Law on Contracts (former art. 29 TRLCSP) and the Resolution 19.02.2016, on the content of the extract of procurement files and the procedures to comply with the former art. 29 TRLCSP is done by communicating data to the RPC (art. 9 Order ECO/47/2013 and agreement second resolution of the Syndicate of 19.02.2016).

Those determined by the art. 328.1 and 328.2 of the Law of Contracts and the first agreement of the resolution of the Syndicature of 19.02.2016.
