In order to request a new registration or modification of the Entity Administrator user in the RPC, you must send us the service registration form with the data of the new administrator, through EACAT, as indicated in this link .
Through the same form you can notify the termination of an administrator, selecting "Modification", in the "Administrators" section using the option "Do you have to terminate an administrator?" you can indicate the details of the administrator to be unsubscribed.
For the protection of personal data, our Customer Service Center does not provide data related to people who are registered on the platforms, therefore, if you do not know this data from the contracting body, you will need to send us a registration form with the data of a new entity administrator so that he can access to consult the users of the tool, once he has been assigned the role.
