In order to request a new registration or modification of the user Entity Administrator in the RPC, you must send us the service registration form with the details of the new administrator, through EACAT, as indicated at this link .

Through the same form you can communicate the termination of an administrator, by selecting "Modification", in the section "Administrators" using the option "Do you have to unsubscribe an administrator?" you will be able to indicate the details of the administrator to unsubscribe.

For the protection of personal data, our Customer Service Center does not provide data related to the people who are registered on the platforms, therefore, in case of not knowing this data from the contracting body, you will need to send us a registration form with the details of a new entity administrator so that he can access to consult the users of the tool, once he has been assigned the role.
